HeadstandWhether you are a beginner to yoga or have practiced before, these sessions will stretch & strengthen your body, reduce your stress, and improve your overall health. Whatever your age or condition -- overweight, underweight, stiff and creaky, or just needing some balance in your life, these classes are for you!

Yoga can relieve chronic back and neck pain, reduce high stress levels, aid in weight control, increase flexibility, and strengthen your immune system. You will feel better, look better, and sleep better.

Which leads me to another point: These classes are fun!

While we stretch, strengthen, and balance, we'll laugh along the way.

And... postures will be taught with detailed attention to correct structural alignment and great respect for each individual's needs.

A great way to start the weekend!

The emphasis is on correct structural alignment and safety. Class starts with standing, or floor warm-ups, and continues with postures that lead to a complete and balanced experience. We end with a short relaxation that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Beginners welcome!

Class Times

Saturday morning 10:00 - 11:45 AM
Multilevel/Gentle Yoga (Beginners Welcome)

Classes fee - $15-

To assure personal attention class size is limited.

Drop-ins Welcome!

Private Yoga or Stress Management Sessions

1 hour - $60-
1 1/2 hours - $90-
Add ten dollars per session for each additional person.

We are open year round for personal retreats and private sessions. Regular group classes are held in the Spring Summer and Fall, but not the Winter.
